The computer dials for you the telephone number on your normal telephone. You no longer have to type the number into the phone yourself
but just make a single click with the mouse. You can
then pick up the phone as normal and talk to the person you are talking to
make phone calls.You will also be shown which of your customers or suppliers is currently calling - – with the name of the company, not just the telephone number. So you know who it is before you pick up the phone.If
If you just couldn't answer the phone, the windows will come with it
The name of the caller is stored on your screen so that you don't forget anyone and can call them back with just two mouse clicks. If you are not in the office but are a colleague or the secretary, this can be placed on the resubmission with two mouse clicks. The caller's request is immediately noted so that you don't have to ask for long.
