You can search for entire areas and combine them with each other and exclude certain data that you do not want to have in the search results. An example could be the requirement to search for all customers in a certain zip code area who have not yet bought a certain product but have already bought a certain other one, who have called in the last 2 months but have not ordered anything. You can manage a variety of completely different types of information in KUP for each individual customer or prospective customer.
Of course, you yourself determine the terms on which you want to record information for each customer. And not only that. You can also enter a selection of input options for each of these terms so that the entries made there are standardized for all users and you can get a uniform picture of your customers' data.
